For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic products — including lip glosses, lip liners, lip plumper, or any other beauty items that come into contact with the skin, lips, or eyes.

Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for products once they have been shipped, except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your request and work with you to find a solution.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Please double-check that your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or undelivered due to incorrect addresses or carrier errors once the package has been marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Verify the address you entered at checkout.
- Check with your neighbors or household members.
- Contact your local postal carrier or delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) directly for more information.
Once an order has shipped, the delivery process is handled entirely by the carrier. We are unable to refund or replace items that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or a product is missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
