 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation via email or text once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Time & Cost

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be coming soon!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. SB Cosmetics is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
  (Please contact your local USPS or shipping provider for support)
